I’m Monica Jones, I specialize in community engagement using a process that holds a judgement-free space; to learn, make mistakes and grow in an anti-racist, intercultural journey.  This process works with several types of audiences: individuals, small groups, faith communities, organizations, and corporations.

I am also a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).
